Nose: The nose is fresh tobacco leaf then sweet with a hint of caramelised sugars, green tea and toasted almonds.

Palate: At first the palate has a floral freshness with sweet barley sugar which gently ebbs to reveal a tangerine zestiness that leaves the palate alive and refreshed.

Finish: Long and full of interesting flavors.

Distillery Information

Auchentoshan distillery was founded in 1800 and is one of the last remaining Lowland Single Malt Whisky distilleries. The distillery is nicknamed "Glasgow's Distillery"due to its proximity to the eponymous city, and its whisky is nicknamed "breakfast whisky" due to its sweet flavor and elegant texture.
