Caol Ila 10 Year Old (D.2011, B.2021) Douglas Laing’s Old Particular Scotch Whisky | 700ML

This Scotch whisky is a triple distilled single malt from the Highland distillery Caol Ila. The name is Gaelic for “sunny bay,” and the distillery is located in the heart of the Inner Hebrides. The whisky is made from 100% malted barley and water from Loch Maree, which are then aged in oak casks for a minimum of 10 years. This Scotch whisky has a delicate nose of sea salt and peat, with a touch of honey and vanilla.
