Nose: It has very pleasant and lovely aromas.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
Finish: Elegant long lasting aftertaste.
Distillery Information
Casey Jones was building stills for moonshiners throughout prohibition until 1967. His still-making traditions are in the forefront of Casey Jones Distillery's operation. Casey Jones's final still is on display in the distillery, and it was used as a template to build the still they use today.
