Conejo Salvaje Reposado Tequila Tasting Notes

Nose: Roasted agave, light vanilla, honeyed tones, and soft oak spice.

Palate: Honey, caramel, cooked agave sweetness, citrus peel, toasted oak and subtle baking-spice.

Finish: Medium-length; warm, mellow oak, lingering agave sweetness with a gentle spice tail.

Distillery Information

The Conejo Salvaje brand is produced under NOM 1480 in Jalisco’s Los Valles region, an area known for high-quality Blue Weber agave planted in volcanic soil. The brand sources agave from this estate region, uses traditional slow-cooking methods, and distills with attention to preserving agave character. After distillation, the Reposado expression is rested for several months in oak barrels to impart smoothness and wood-derived complexity while maintaining the bright agave profile. The bottle is aimed at the premium sipping-tequila segment, blending artisanal production with an accessible ABV and flavour profile.
