Corsair Quinoa Whiskey is made in the USA from a combination of red and white quinoa grains and malted barley. Quinoa adds unique earthy and nutty flavours to the whiskey.

Nose: Baked apples, cinnamon and rye.

Palate: Notes of dried fruits, pineapple and citrus.

Finish: Slightly spicy, long finish.

Distillery Information

Corsair Artisan Distillery is a small-batch distilling company with distilleries in Nashville, Tennessee, and Bowling Green, Kentucky. Founded in January 2008, it is owned and operated by distillers Darek Bell and Andrew Webber and marketing specialist Amy Lee Bell.
