Dalmore 25 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky

The Dalmore 25 is matured initially in American white oak before a second maturation in a combination of Palomino Fino sherry butts and first fill bourbon casks. These are then married together in bourbon barrels before a finishing period in Tawny Port pipes.

Nose: Chocolate, vanilla, marmalade.

Palate: Ginger, spice, orange.

Finish: Creamy and lingering.

Distillery Information

"The Dalmore" Distillery is located in Alness, which is 20 miles North of Inverness. It sits on the banks of the Cromarty Firth overlooking the Black Isle, the "big meadowland", from which it takes its name.
