El Fogonero Tequila is named for the "stoker," that is the worker who fires the agave to cook out the honey (miel) that is eventually distilled to make tequila. The brand was founded by the 3 grandsons of the retired tequila worker Don Antonio Yera in 1997. This is the silver or blanco expression, bottled without age and presenting clear in the bottle.

Nose: Sweet malty notes with hints of vanilla and agave.
Palate: Fruity and fresh agave notes.
Finish: Medium body with a moderate finish of bitter citrus.
