The berry of the Pimenta dioica tree, called pimento in the islands, aka allspice, combines the flavors of clove, cinnamon and a hint of nutmeg in one spice. Blended with Worthy Park Estate pot still rum and raw sugar, this Pimento Dram adds a unique depth of flavor to cocktails, or enjoy it on the rocks. 30% ABV.

Based on a blend of pot still rums distilled from fermented molasses from the Worthy Park Estate sugar mill macerated with fresh Jamaican Pimento (allspice) for seven days. The infusion is filtered before sugar and water are added. No colour is added to this product.
Hamilton Pimento Dram Ministry of Rum Collection Liqueur Tasting Notes
Nose: Pungent clove, white pepper spice, menthol and star anis.
Palate: Strong clove, black pepper spice and tongue-numbing aniseed. Mellowing new leather and fruitiness with distinctive funky Jamaican rum notes.
Finish: Long lingering, aniseed, clove and rum funk.

Hamilton Distillers, Inc. is a private family-owned and operated distillery company, founded by Stephen Paul in 2006, headquartered in Tucson, Arizona. The company produces and markets three Single Malt Whiskey Del Bac labels. Its current distillery facility, called Mash & Chisel, is located in west Tucson, Arizona. Hamilton is the first craft distillery established in Southern Arizona since prohibition and the largest Whiskey producer in the Tucson metro region.
