28 months average as it is blended from 2 and 3 year, aged lots. Incredibly aromatic with a voluptuous nose of spice and caramel, vanilla and caramelized florals. Anejo is always considered by many to be the premium category for tequila. This should never be mixed or cocktailed and always prepared neat (with a slight chill).
Hotel California Anejo Tequila Tasting Notes
Nose: Medium oak wood, vanilla and raisins with faint hint of citrus.
Palate: Smooth and sweet. Distinct oak wood complemented by vanilla, raisins and honey, with a hint of melon.
Finish: Caramel and smoky notes.
