Detailed Description
Detailed Description
Little Book Chapter 4 is an uncut, unfiltered, one-of-a-kind, limited edition that follows in the footsteps of its LB predecessors. Freddie wanted to pay homage to his Grandfather, Booker Noe, with these releases and with Little Book Chapter 4, he really outdid himself. Booker was a curious fellow, always experimenting and trying to perfect the taste profile of his whiskeys. Freddie followed his own curiosity to craft a unique flavor profile. This is a blend of three mash bills, one - a unique brown rice bourbon mash, along with a traditional bourbon mash and a high rye American whiskey mash. The result is a slick whiskey with flavors of full-bodied brown sugar, rich charred wood and spiced red fruits. The palate is decadent, yet soft with additional notes of caramel and baking spice. A slight hint of ginger readies the palate for the next sip. Our limited allocation won't last long, dive right in to the exploration of flavor that the Noe family is famous for!
