A limited edition released as a distillery exclusive in 2017, the Macallan Archival Series recreates some of the distillery's vintage advertisements. Just 2,000 bottles were produced of this 12 year old Speyside single malt, each one presented in a book-shaped tin with accompanying book, both displaying a water-colour painted by artist Sara Midda.

The Macallan distillery is a single malt Scotch whisky distillery in Craigellachie, Moray. The Macallan Distillers Ltd, is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Edrington Group which purchased the brand from Highland Distillers in 1999.
