Top quality Pisco from Macchu Pisco in Peru, made using the best grapes, and a lot of them! They use an average of 8kg of grape to make one litre of their tasty Pisco. For distillation, Macchu Pisco use copper pot stills, after which the spirit rests for 3 to 12 months before bottling. Perfect for a classic Pisco Sour.
Macchu Pisco Tasting Notes
Nose: Bartlett pear and oily, waxy aromas follow through to a slightly tannic.
Palate: Dry-yet-fruity medium-to full-bodied palate with pear, sweet cream, saddle soap, and pepper flavors.
Finish: Finishes with a mild vegetable oil and powdered-sugar-dusted fruit tart fade.
