Nose: Intense aromas of cooked agave, of vanilla and caramel enhanced by the slow cooking process, and floral and fruity notes of cantaloupe and peaches.
Palate: Rich flavors of cooked agave, vanilla, fresh fruit and spices such as cinnamon.
Finish: An impossibly generous and round finish.
