Nashville Barrel Company Seven Eleven Cask Strength Straight Rye Whiskey is bottled at cask strength and is a powerful and unwavering expression of rye whiskey. Crafted from a hand-selected blend of rye grain, this whiskey undergoes a lengthy aging process in American oak barrels for seven years before being bottled at “11-proof,” or 108.8° ABV, showcasing the rye’s true character without dilution. It has a bold and inviting aroma of spice, black pepper, and baking spice followed by subtle notes of dark chocolates, toffee, and dried cherries. The palate is surprisingly smooth with notes of cinnamon, cloves, and espresso. The finish is long and bold, and you are left with a lingering warmth. Seven Eleven Cask Strength is perfect to sip on its own or use in a variety of rye whiskey cocktails.
