Panther Distillery Minnesota 14 Aged Corn Whiskey

Panther’s first aged whiskey, Minnesota 14 rested for nearly two years in American white oak barrels after first being distilled from a mash made from Minnesota grown corn and later “tempered by the Minnesota climate.” The distillers there tie this latter item to the colder it being, the better it makes for ideal conditions for whiskey aging. Minnesota 14 is said to be made in small batches, with the first run being a little over 14,000 bottles.

Panther Distillery, located in Osakis Minnesota, is Minnesota’s first legal whiskey distillery. They are passionate about creating traditional distilled spirits that are comparable to those during the time of Prohibition.
