Nocino is a type of liqueur popular in northern Italy that is made from green walnuts and a medley of spices. Pietro Nicola Nocino from Dr. Adam Elmegirab brings coffee, vanilla, cinnamon, cloves, and dried lemon peel alongside the classic, unripe walnuts. It can be enjoyed as a digestif or aperitif, it's also gaining popularity as an ingredient in cocktails.

Dr. Adam Elmegirab faithfully replicates bitters recipes from the 'golden age' of cocktails, particularly those favoured in the classic cocktail book "How to Mix Drinks or The Bon Vivant's Companion" by Professor Jerry Thomas - the most famous of which is the classic Boker's Bitters
