Knopfler is a former Notting Hill local, and worked with the brand to add lime zest, fresh cucumber peel and olive oil to the original gin's nine botanicals. The label artwork was designed with Knopfler's passion for guitars in mind. If that wasn't enough, as a nod to the days when Knopfler would sport a headband during his live performances, each gin comes with its own miniature red headband around the bottle neck. Adorable.
