Nose: Bright yuzu peel and fresh citrus lead, followed by floral sakura notes, gentle juniper, and soft herbal spice.

Palate: Smooth and structured, with layered botanicals unfolding gradually — citrus zest, green tea, sanshō pepper warmth, and a refined juniper backbone.

Finish: Long and clean, with lingering citrus oils, light peppery spice, and a subtle herbal dryness.

Roku Botanical Kasane Edition is crafted by Suntory to explore the art of botanical layering, drawing inspiration from Japan’s seasonal transitions. The gin features six Japanese botanicals — sakura flower, sakura leaf, yuzu peel, sencha tea, gyokuro tea, and sanshō pepper — distilled separately to preserve their individual character before careful blending. The Kasane Edition amplifies this philosophy by emphasizing depth and aromatic progression across the palate. Bottled at a higher strength for added presence, it remains elegant and versatile, equally suited for premium cocktails or refined sipping.
