Nose: Vibrant notes of grassy sugarcane, coconut flakes, and vanilla pod, with a herbaceous touch of lemon balm beneath.

Palate: Gently sweet with notes of silky honey and soft cane syrup, joined by ripe pineapple, and plump sultanas.

Finish: Gently grassy and herbal, with soft sweetness, and a hint of pepper.

First there was That Boutique-y Whisky Company, and it was good (there are awards to prove it). Then there was That Boutique-y Gin Company, which was also good (again, they have awards for proof). Now, they’ve introduced That Boutique-y Rum Company in to the mix, and to prove it all once again, the whole family won Spirits Bottler of the Year 2023 at the Spirits Business awards!
