Nose: Fresh & light with vanilla & ripe orchard fruits, green apples, pears.

Palate: Juicy and citrusy with passion fruit, mango and melon. Créme brulée, brown sugar with slightly grassy, earthy and herbaceous notes.

Finish: Crisp, lingering sweetness and wood spices.

Distillery Information

"In 1887, Colonel Edmund Haynes Taylor, Jr. built the Old Taylor Distillery in Millville, Kentucky, inspired by European architecture. The distillery was designed to be a tourist attraction, with a castle, springhouse, and sunken garden. It was a success, and Taylor was awarded the "Degree of Master of Hospitality" in 1917."
