Yellow Rose Straight Rye Whiskey – complete to its label as “straight” – has been aged at least four years and has no coloring, flavoring, or additional spirits. It is 90 proof, 45% alcohol by volume.
Yellow Rose Straight Rye Whiskey Tasting Notes
Nose: Strong and sweet smelling of caramel corn and melted brown sugar. End notes of spearmint, clove, and summer fruit jam.
Palate: Light leather and wood with a touch of honey, the tongue only slightly lingering.
Finish: Long and rich.
