Matured for just over 3 years, it brings gentle citrus, vanilla, a tickle of sea salt and dried oak, all which excite your nose and palate, slow-waltzing in tandem as they go. It’s a fine single malt that comes packaged in a beautiful bottle that will look the part alongside the rest of the Akashi Ghost Series in your whisky cabinet. Limited to just 631 bottles, it’s worth grabbing while you can.
