An old bottling Glenesk bottled at 12 years of age. Used as the base malt to VAT 69, the distillery closed in 1985 and was also seen bottled under the Hillside name. We estimate this was bottled in the 1980s.

Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: The taste almost is really just a short beginning that crescendos and transitions extremely smoothly into the finish.
Finish: Lingering finish.
Distillery Information
Glenesk started its life as a malt Whisky distillery, then evolved into a single grain Whisky distillery, then returned to a malt Whisky distillery once again.
