Teeling's Revival series comes to its conclusion with Volume V, which is a 12 year old single malt Irish whiskey initially in ex-Bourbon barrels. Following that maturation, the whiskey was moved over to Cognac and brandy barrels for a finishing period, then bottled at 46% ABV. A release of 15,000 bottles.

Nose: Buttery biscuits, green apple, cinnamon rolls, quince, hay.
Palate: White grape, Jamaican Ginger Cake, soft tropical fruit, diced almond, a touch of mango chutney.
Finish: Clementine, nutmeg and vanilla tannins.

Teeling Distillery is an Irish whiskey distillery established in Dublin in 2015. It is the first new whiskey distillery to have opened in Dublin, once a world whiskey distilling capital, in over 125 years.
