The whisky is then finished in White Port casks for an added layer of complexity and character. The result is a smooth, sweet and fruity whisky with notes of honey, citrus and toffee. The finish is long and warming with a hint of oak. This whisky is perfect for sipping neat or over ice, or for mixing into classic whisky cocktails.
