This Baijiu was crafted using time-honoured techniques in the Shanxi Province of northern China, where ageing in ceramic vessels is part of the traditional process. On the nose, expect a rich array of fruit aromas, including apples and pears, intermingled with sweet herbs. The palate unfolds with a velvety, creamy honey undertone at the forefront, gradually revealing layers of more orchard fruits and spices.
