Nose: Rich aromas of caramel, vanilla bean, toasted oak, and brown sugar rise from the glass, layered with hints of cinnamon spice, roasted pecans, leather, and dark cherry.

Palate: Full-bodied and intensely flavorful, offering notes of buttery toffee, maple syrup, charred oak, and sweet corn. Waves of baking spice, cracked black pepper, dark cocoa, and candied orange peel add depth and complexity.

Finish: Long, warm, and lingering with notes of smoky oak, caramelized sugar, cinnamon heat, and a touch of tobacco and vanilla on the fade.

Distillery Information

Barton 1792 Distillery was established in 1879 and denys today as the oldest fully-operating Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky. Situated in heart of bourbon country on 196 acres, the Distillery boasts 29 barrel aging warehouses, 22 other buildings including an impressive still house, and the legendary Tom Moore Spring.
