Reviews:
- Wine Advocate: The 2013 Volnay 1er Cru les Brouillards comes from purchased fruit and has a straightforward, slightly dusty bouquet with touches of mocha and dried blood. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins and decent fruit concentration, however I find the new oak (50%) too dominating on the finish.
- James Suckling: Here the nose is more deeply pitched with more earth and game characters adding breadth to the red and dark currant aromas. There is also a bit more size, weight and intrinsic power to the tautly muscular medium weight flavors that exude a fine bead of minerality on the finish that also displays just a hint of edginess. This delicious effort should drink well young if desired and I would be inclined to give it only 5 to 7 years of bottle age.

In the 50s of the 20th century, when many manufacturers were selling wine in barrels large homes, parents have decided to bottle Francois and sell wine. With this wine companies appeared in many famous restaurants in France, and then gradually conquer the world. Francois Parent continues the work of their ancestors.
