The wine is deeply purplish; clear but too dark to see through, and rich maroon in color moving towards the rim. Slowly moving, slightly tinted legs indicated the wine is on the higher side for alcohol content.

While working at Lafitte Rothschild and Smith Haute Lafitte in France, as well as with Philippe Melka in the valley, Julien defined his craft Today, he believes as we do - that every wine is defined by its sense of place, by the fruit, vines, soil, and climate.
