This is Horno from Mezcal Amarás Logia was traditionally crafted from the prized Horno variety of agave (A. Americana), grown for 8 - 10 years before it was harvested from the Albarradas region of Oaxaca.

Nose: Great elegance and charm on the nose.

Palate: Stone fruit, honey, bell pepper, candy floss, smoke, cinnamon

Finish: Quite delicate and smooth texture on the long finish.

Mezcal Amores is an artisanal spirit brand. It uses traditional, sustainable methods to make its unique mezcals. The brand picks special terroirs and works with skilled distillers. They use 100% natural processes. This includes milling with a mule-driven tahona stone and fermenting in open wooden vats.
