This crème de pêche is made by macerating white peach varieties, including the vine peach in neutral alcohol and then sweetening with beet sugar.

Nose: Fresh ripe peach and peach jam with faint herbal cashew nut and white pepper.

Palate: Syrupy mouthfeel. Jammy peach flesh and skin, unctuous ripe peach juice and delicate cracked black pepper spirituous spice.

Finish: Mouth coating peach jam and almond-like peach stone with light cleansing zesty orange acidity.
