Crafted from grapes cultivated in the Bolgheri region of Tuscany, Gaja Grappa di Magari is a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Petit Verdot sourced from Gaja’s Ca’Marcanda Estate.

Grappa Magari Ca` Marcanda Gaja | 500ML Tasting Notes

Nose: Floral nose enriched with hints of resin, this grappa maintains a well-balanced profile and solid structure.

Palate: The palate is very powerful and complex. Smooth texture.

Finish: Finishing up with prickles of peppery warmth.

Distillery Information

GioBatta Poli founds the Distillery in Schiavon (VI) and starts to distil using a mobile alembic with 3 boilers. 1921: he is succeeded by sons Giovanni, Beniamino and Pasquale Fortunato, who will open another two distilleries, in Castegnero (VI) and Curtarolo (PD).
