Limited to 100,000 numbered bottles. Light pink, dry and refreshing, made of Pinot Nero and Chardonnay grapes. Delicate and harmonious with hints of yeasts, bread crumbs and custard. Great as an aperitif or paired with sea food cruditè, crustaceans, sushi, sashimi, delicate fish-soup, tartare, oysters and white meat. This wine has a fine, persistent perláge, a sweet floral aroma and ethereal. Limited to 100,000 numbered bottles.

The Torti Family run “Torti Winery” since 1910, situated in Montecalvo Versiggia in an optimal position and a mild, favourable climate at 300m a.s.l. in the heart of The Oltrepò Pavese. With loving care they produce wines and sparkling wines so as to offer you some unforgettable moments. The Torti family has the fortune to have owned and managed particularly vocated vines since the beginning of the century, excellent areas which are especially favoured for the production of Pinot Nero, Bonarda and Barbera.
