A blend of rum from Barbados, the Dominican Republic, and Nicaragua is treated to maceration with both dried, and fresh ripe bananas for a whopping five weeks, resulting in a tremendously fruity sipper. Superb for adding a tropical twist to Daiquiris and the like.

Nose: Pungent, blackened banana and banoffee pie.

Palate: Black tea, overripe banana, banoffee pie and light cinnamon spice.

Finish: Banoffee pie dusted with cinnamon.
