Hudson 5 year old New York Straight Bourbon Limited Whiskey

Distilled from a mash of 95% corn, and 5% malted barley. On the nose, vanilla soaked pastry, buttered corn, almond butter, red cherries, and dried orange, with baking spice. On the palate, sweeter fruit flavors and buttery vanilla corn flavors intensify with spice underneath. The finish is pleasant and easy with oak spice and sweeter fruit elements lingering.
