Nose: Classic Bourbon vanilla and caramel with a sweet notes of mead wafting on top.
Palate: The palate is syrupy with gorgeous honeyed notes with a Bourbon kick.
Finish: Acacia honey and caramel form a short but full-flavoured finish.
