The Koval Dry Gin is made from the grain base of their award winning Whisky, and of course the addition of juniper, grains of paradise, rose hip, angelica root and coriander. This crisp Gin has a slightly higher content of alcohol which gives an even bigger kick of taste… Sweet!
Koval Dry Gin Tasting Notes
Nose: Wildflowers and juniper are two main participants that encircle the senses.
Palate: Very dry with virtually no sweetness, spices and herbs play along and with the undertone of cereals.
Finish: A dry and long finish.
