This is the second in the Single Grain Cooper’s Collection, a series of annual limited releases from Loch Lomond master blender, Michael Henry. This edition was distilled using 100% malted barley and then matured in American oak casks.

Nose: Floral notes, ripe berries, and toasted oak.

Palate: Sweet spice character with creamy vanilla, honey, and clove spice.

Finish: A medium finish with warming oak and clove.

Distillery Information

The present business was established in 1964 by the former owners of the Littlemill Distillery in Bowling. Production began in Loch Lomond the following year in 1965. In 1984, the distillery stopped production until Glen Catrine Bonded Warehouses acquired the business and resumed malt production in 1987.
