This 8 year-old straight bourbon from PM Spirits marks the first custom domestic release for the portfolio. Mic.Drop is a blend of 20 casks of bourbon distilled in 2009 at MGP in Indiana. The bourbon has a mashbill of 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% barley malt. Bottled at a barrel proof of 56% ABV there were 3358 bottles produced.

Nose: On the nose caramel popcorn, baked apples, vanilla cream.
Palate: On the palate with added toasted cereal, spiced maple.
Finish: A fine sipper with a spiced lengthy finish.
Distillery Information
MGP of Indiana (Midwest Grain Products of Indiana) is a distillery in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, producing spirits for private label sale. These are sold under about 50 different brand names by various bottling companies, with a recent addition of their own products, Till Vodka, George Remus Bourbon, and Rossville Union Straight Rye Whiskey. The facility's largest customer is the London-based multinational beverage giant Diageo.
