They buy young cognac from the Petite and Grand Champagne regions, consisting 90% of the ugni blanc grape, and 10% of colombard and folle blanche. Their Prestige Fine Champagne is a blend of both regions, aged for a minimum of 15 years. The first two years are spent in new 350L barrels, before being moved to 600L barrels.
