Simon’s Marmalade Gin Liqueur | 500ML Tasting Notes

Nose: Intense and delightful tangy, rich dried oranges and marmalade, together with demerara and molasses, on the nose and palate.

Palate: Pronounced, and surprisingly crisp with burnt orange zest notes, it is creamy and rich and not over-sweet.

Finish: The finish is wonderfully long and has some beautiful, refreshing and appetising bitterness from the marmalade, together with notes of caramel and slightly toasted sugar.

Distillery Information

As a marmalade lover, Simon set out over 30 years ago to make a marmalade that would fulfill his requirements for a dark & tangy conserve – something he couldn’t find on a shop shelf. After a few mishaps, including a set so solid he struggled to get the marmalade out of the jar, he managed to produce a Seville orange and lemon marmalade that was rich, dark & tangy, a flavour like no other, devoured by family and friends.
