Nose: It has very pleasant and lovely aromas.
Palate: Rich, oily juniper and vibrant citrus are joined by delicate notes of summer berries, a soft hint of vanilla, and gentle spice at its core.
Finish: Peppery warmth on the finish.

The distillery’s founders, Sam Galsworthy and Fairfax Hall, kicked open their doors in London in 2009, becoming the first copper pot-based distillery to do so in almost 200 years."
