      Detailed Description

Domaine Coche-Dury is a highly regarded Burgundy producer, which origins go back to the 1920s. Today, the estate is led by Raphaël Coche-Dury and consists of approximately nine hectares, predominantly in and around their winery in Meursault. This particular release comes from Perrières, a premier cru vineyard situated at the southern end of Meursault – considered by many to be the best terroir of the region. The 1994 vintage is showing amazing freshness after nearly three decades, combining white fruits, hazelnuts, a thin layer of butter and zesty acidity.

        Reviews:

        • Wine Spectator: White Burgundy doesn't get much silkier and refined than this. As you sip this nectar, it glides over the palate like double cream. Full-bodied. Subtle toasted oak, honey, wet earth, spice and vanilla bean character. Classy, supple finish.
