Producer Information
Turnbull Wine Cellars is a family-owned producer located in Oakville of Napa Valley, California. Established in 1979 by William Turnbull, the wine portfolio focuses on Cabernet Sauvignon from vineyards in Oakville and Calistoga. The flagship wine from Turnbull Wine Cellars is the Black Label Cabernet Sauvignon which is sourced from two different vineyards and blended after being vinified seperately. The line of Cabernet Sauvignons includes single-vineyard wines, sourced from vineyards owned by the company. All Cabernet is aged in 100-percent new French oak for an extensive period of time before bottling, making for rich and bold examples of the variety from Napa. In addition to the line of Cabernet, Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc, Petit Verdot and a few red blends are also produced.
