White Wine: 2020 | La Grange de Quatre Sous | Bu N`Daw
the color is straw yellow, brilliant. The nose is quite discreet, on buttered apple and frangipane. The mouth is round, ample, rather fresh on the attack, with a fairly dense, ripe, finely pulpy substance, offering a nice length. The finish gains even more density, underlined by a fine chalky chewiness, with persistence on the spices and notes of pear and smoke.

Producer Information
La Grange de Quatre Sous is an intriguing producer based in the Languedoc on a limestone plateau above Assignan in the Montagne Noire. The proprietor-winemaker is Hildegard Horat who originates from Switzerland and has planted some varieties from her home nation which fall outside of the Appellation Controlée. La Grange de Quatre Sous is located on a limestone plateau above Assignan in the Montagne Noire, where vineyards qualify for the St Chinian appellation. Bu N’Daw is made entirely from Petite Arvine and is very slowly vinified in tanks over a period of 18 months.
