On the nose, expect aromas of white peaches, orange blossoms, floral and herbaceous undertones accompanied by notes of hazelnut and vanilla. On the palate, the wine is refined, fresh, mineral, and pleasantly persistent.

The estate is located in the countryside of Minervino Murge in Puglia, DOC region of Castel del Monte, an area known for the beauty of its wild nature. The vines grow about 300 meters above sea level in the Murgia, an area with difficult climatic conditions which over time have forced its inhabitants to work with great dedication. Harsh winters, temperatures that fluctuate dramatically, deep ravines, thick fog that often covers the vineyards and above all the proximity to the ancient Vulture volcano are just some of the characteristics of this territory that rewards patient work with precious harvests. Native vines such as Aglianico, Nero di Troia and Fiano from Puglia represent the heart of the agronomic history of Castel del Monte. Inside the farm there is the cellar, surmounted by a cross-vaulted ceiling, also in tuff, containing the precious oak barriques.
