Great fruit aromas such as red grapefruit, fresh quinces, apples and apricots. The full-bodied taste is always tamed by a fine minerality. In addition, there is a lightness that allows for complexity and opulence as well as elegance and profundity. Spicy until the long finish.

        Reviews:

        • Wine Advocate: The 2021 Brauneberg Riesling Trocken "J" is from the Juffer and Juffer-Sonnenuhr and opens with a clear and intense nose of ripe fruits. Partly fermented in large oak, the 2021 "J" is lush, round and pure, very elegant and stimulatingly savory. It's bone dry but structured and asking for patience.
        • James Suckling: Here is the combination of dark minerality and elegance that we associate with the top sites of Brauneberg. Impressive concentration on the mid-palate for just 12% alcohol, with a wide spectrum of fresh herb and bergamot aromas. Long well-structured finish. Drink or hold.
