This Cherry Mead from Afon Mêl in Wales is fermented with sour cherries alongside honey, producing a silky sweet drink with juicy, fresh cherry flavour, among almond, and heather notes. A gentle tang develops in the background, making this a great pairing for rich meat dishes, or alongside dessert.

Afon Mêl is a small, family-run bee farm business based on the outskirts of New Quay, in West Wales. They produce award-winning mead and are the only meadery in the UK to have been awarded a Great Taste Golden Fork Award. Keeping it natural since 1999.
