Distillery Information

Ampersand Spirits, based in Nevada, was founded on the idea of creating whiskies that fuse tradition with experimentation. The distillery sources select rye from Kentucky and pairs it with innovative cask finishes to build depth and complexity. The “Malus” release embodies their blending philosophy—marrying bold American rye with French apple-brandy influence. Each expression is crafted in small batches and aged under the high-desert climate, giving it a distinct dryness and aromatic intensity unique to Nevada.
