A 2009 Ardmore single malt from indie bottler Elixir Distillers, matured in a single ex-Laphroaig barrel for a decade, before being bottled in June 2020 as part of its Whisky Trail Video Games series. Aromas of vanilla ice cream, salty sea breezes, milk chocolate, sherbet lemons, green grass and beach bonfires fill the nose. The palate offers notes of papaya and passion fruit, burnt toast, caramel, wood smoke and paprika.

Distillery Information
Ardmore distillery is a single malt Scotch whisky distillery. The Ardmore distillery sits at the highest point of the Northern railway line, 600 feet above sea level. Close to the small village of Kennethmont, the proximity to the railway line allowed founder Adam Teacher to transport materials from Glasgow to this remote corner of Aberdeenshire, helping the distillery flourish.
